SIM Card Activation

Physical SIM Card

  1. 1 Power off your device completely
  2. 2 Insert your Member's Mobile SIM card into the SIM tray
  3. 3 Power on your device and wait for network connection
  4. 4 If purchased retail, complete activation via our activation page

eSIM Activation

  1. 1 Ensure your device supports eSIM technology
  2. 2 Scan the QR code provided in your welcome email
  3. 3 Follow your device's eSIM setup instructions
  4. 4 Activate your eSIM profile when prompted

Device Troubleshooting

No Network Connection

  • • Restart your device by turning it off for 30 seconds
  • • Check if airplane mode is turned off
  • • Ensure your SIM card is properly inserted
  • • Try moving to a different location for better signal
  • • Check our network status page

Cannot Make Calls

  • • Verify you have sufficient account balance (prepaid users)
  • • Check if call barring is enabled in your settings
  • • Ensure you're dialing the correct number format
  • • Try calling a different number to test connectivity

Slow Data Speeds

  • • Check if you've reached your data limit
  • • Verify APN settings are correctly configured
  • • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • • Test speed in different locations
  • • Check for background app updates consuming data
